This is the first album by Katie Glover. "The Woods" was recorded by Ben Leggett in two studios. The first occasion was at StudioMima with Craig Cardiff in Arnprior, and the Wave Asylum Studio in North Bay. The album consist of 9 tracks which are soulful and upbeat. Katie is an unsigned artist and is currently working independently. She has been performing mostly in Toronto, North Bay and Owen and is looking to branch to perform in new venues. After a few years of neglect she picked up music again and began to experiment with folk, rock and later on, jazz.
